Many of us have expressed these sentences in our business lives or have often said them to ourselves. Unless the effort given is seen and appreciated, your motivation has decreased. Your lack of motivation has dragged you into effortlessness day by day.
Humans are creatures that need to be seen and appreciated. Especially if there is effort put in, output that touches people and makes a difference, you want this to be visible and announced with great enthusiasm so that everyone knows about it.
