Foodworms and Awareness: A Journey of Inner Transformation

Nothing is a coincidence…

Metaphors were one of my favorite topics in coaching classes. They were one of the most creative tools for expression, from describing the topic brought to the meeting to giving it a shape and making the emotion visible, as they created a bridge between the client and the coach.

While thinking about this, how would it sound to you if I told you that the anchor that took me to coaching classes and sent my awareness on a journey of transformation was a food worm?

A few years ago, when we were locked down at home due to the pandemic, I am sure everyone did their grocery shopping in a stacking model, exceeding what they could eat. During this period, I am one of those who fit into this culture 🙂. What you did seemed right at first… “There will be a lockdown, we will not be able to shop and we can stock up on basic foods.” It seems like a great idea. However, when these are not consumed in time and cannot be stored under the right conditions, we can encounter food moths and food worms that form in the area where they are located, causing a disgust that makes our hair stand on end and a shock like “How am I going to destroy these?” In such cases, if you have the awareness to internalize the issue, a bright enlightenment can be experienced… How?

* Doing too much of everything, taking on more responsibility than your current capacity, violating the balance between work-life-private life, not taking time for yourself… These are the packages we hoard, which we think are our basic food…

* Resting, taking enough time for yourself, making space for your emotions, being understood, stopping, trusting the flow, asking for help… The physical conditions in which the packages must be preserved…

* If these are not done, food moths and worms occur: diseases, intolerance, unhappiness, physical illnesses caused by these.

Most of us do not want to see mealworms. Seeing them in their current location also disturbs and disgusts us. Therefore, preventing their formation and destroying them after they have formed is the responsibility of the person himself.

As we travel through the valley of life, we can sometimes feel stuck in the valley of despair. At such times, if you just want to be listened to, understood, and create another option, you can walk with a coach.

Do something for yourself to unlock your true potential and achieve the lifestyle you want <3

Your future depends on what you decide today. No matter what you have experienced in the past, if you decide to change today, every step you take will be reshaped.

We hope that every step you take brings you closer to your dreams.
